Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
For shipments within European borders, a modest fee of 4.59€ applies.
For international orders beyond Europe, a flat shipping rate of 9.59€ will be charged.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are excluded from exchange and return. If your product is damaged during shipping, it can be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the product upon personal request to customer service.
